She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Neal and Bessie Burtrum Neal; her children, Jeffery Witherbee and Carol Cray; and her siblings, Norene, Rose, Jean, Richard, Junior and Tom.
She is survived by: her former spouse Kessler Witherbee; her close friend Paul Waters of Franklin; and her children, Debra Trader (Jerry) of Waverly, Linda Witherbee (Jim Flynn) of Waverly and Lester Witherbee (Alisha) of Waverly. She is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
