He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilie Medlock and Arphenia Medlock; his brother Johnny Medlock; his wife Vera; and his son Anthony Medlock.
He is survived by: his brother Willie; his daughter Vera Edna Edmerson; his grandchildren, Marisa Edmerson, Sarai Medlock and Avery Medlock; his nieces, Renee Medlock, Blanche Postell (Kenneth) and Camryn Smith; his nephew Christian Medlock; his sister Pauline Murray; and his sister-in-law Jacqueline Medlock. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
