He is survived by: his wife Alice Kougias-Penna; his daughters, Sheila (Glen), Carla (Doug) and Nicole (Stan); his siblings, Alice Russ (Jay), Linda Olson (Gary) and Jimmy Penna (Cheryl); his stepchildren, Chris Kougias (Stephanie) and Adrienne Kougias; his grandchildren, Ty Sparks (Jessica), Kaylee Sparks, Logan, Bradley Varney, Brandon Varney, Sierra McCord, Stella Raschillo, William Raschillo, Chris Kougias, Jr. and Emma Kougias; his great grandchild Tyrus Sparks, Jr.; his children, Lucy and Nicky; and also Maureen Penna.
