He is survived by: his wife Kim Hodge; his son Nicholas Hodge (Lauren Salas); his stepdaughter Jennifer Izewski (Miguel Moreno); his granddaughter Mariah Moreno; his stepson John Izewski Jr.; his mother Patty Walley; and his siblings, Tony Martin, Dale Conkle and Virginia Harrington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews as well as many friends.
