It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Byron Michael Eden of Franklin Park, Illinois, who passed away on February 2, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Fitt and Celeste Ditch; his children, Dr. Jen Eden (Wolfgang) of Phoenix, AZ and Jeff Eden (Jill) of Louisville, KY.; his wife Linda Harrington; his brother Randy Eden; his brother-in-law David Harrington; his grandson Wyatt; and his siblings, Connie Lahmidi (Aziz) of Hollywood, Douglas Eden (Diane) of Phoenix and Robert Eden (Patricia) of Troutville, Virginia.. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Grenden Hill Patio Homes Clubhouse (13600 Dickens Ct, Louisville, KY 40299).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Boys and Girls Club of America (https://www.bgca.org) in Byron's honor.
