We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2020, at the age of 92, Wayne Friestad (Franklin Grove, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon G. Friestad and Ella Friestad (Hayenga Musselman); his son Jay; and his siblings, Al Musselman Jr. and Maxine McDermott (Henry).
He is survived by: his wife Carol June Furman; his son David Friestad (Kate) of Rochelle; his daughter-in-law Debra Friestad of Plano, TX; his grandchildren, Katie Alonge (Nate) of Eau Claire, WI, Ryan Friestad of Rochelle, Addison Friestad of Rochelle, Jay Michael Friestad of Plano, TX, Melissa Porath (Brandon) of Katy, TX and Brent Harrolle of Flower Mound, TX; and his great grandchildren, Mia, Archer Alonge, Brandon, Austin, Isaac, Julia Porath and Daniel Harrolle.
Memorials may be made in Wayne's memory to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
