She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Payne and Cecil Payne (Ford); her children, Gary Smith and Sharyl Smith; and her brother Donald Payne.
She is survived by: her spouse Donald E. Smith; her sons, Ron Smith (Lori) of Dixon, IL, Keith Smith (Tina) of Clarkrange, TN and Ken Smith (Johanna) of Venice, FL; her siblings, Arline Thompson of Franklin Grove, IL, Maxine Brown of Colinsville, IL and Clyde Payne (Doris) of Las Vegas, NV; and her sister-in-law Marie Payne of Woodlawn, IL. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Donations may be made to the Unger-Horner Funeral Home to assist the family in expenses.
