He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Jasper; his daughters, April (Mark Glosser) and Heather (Jim Tinsman); his grandchildren, Garrett, Macenzie Glosser, Luke, Adeline and Jack Tinsman; his parents, Donald Hoffman and Shirley Hoffman of Oregon; and his siblings, Stan Hoffman (Connie) of Dixon, Donald Hoffman Jr. (Traci) of Georgia, Donna Briggs (Harvey) of Mt. Morris and Diane Burd of Wisconsin.
