He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Fogliano and Norma Fogliano (Rudd); his wife Nancy Brecunier of Franklin Grove; his children, Michael Layne of Pekin, Kim Adams (Jason) of Toulon and Trista Meacham of Toulon; his stepchildren, Chad Brecunier (Cassie) of Chicago and Shawna Berogan (Wyatt) of Franklin Grove; his grandchildren, Kale Layne, Tyler Lane, Kyle Gehrt, Heather Gehrt, Jayden Meacham, Peyton Meacham and Lily Carroll; his stepgrandchildren, Caitlin Berogan, Emily Berogan, Bailey Berogan, Luke Brecunier and Sydney Brecunier; his sister Cherryle Shields; his son Mark; and his brother Rick Fogliano.
