She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Burdge and Ella Burdge (Eberly); and her husband Howard Schnell. She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Smith (Charles); her sister Betty Smith (Edward); her granddaughter Heather Lundeen (Bob); her great grandchildren, Natalie and Chloe; her sister-in-law Sharon Schnell; and her close friend Kim Olson. She is also survived by five nieces.
Memorials may be directed to First Congregational United Church of Christ, Lee Center; Serenity Hospice & Home; and Living History Antique Equipment Association of Franklin Grove.
