It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zachary Jacob Plantz (Frankfort, Illinois), born in Oak Lawn, Illinois, who passed away on November 26, 2020, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandmother Lorraine Plantz; his cousin Kyle Plantz; and his pet Domer. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Plantz and Laura Plantz; his siblings, Tyler (Jay), Logan and Abby; and his grandparents, Walter and Erna Jean Zoberis. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the "Zac Plantz Foundation", which will support student athletes at both Providence Catholic High School and the University of Notre Dame, and the construction of a rugby stadium at the University of Notre Dame.
