She was predeceased by: her mother Caroldean Leonard; and her brother-in-law Robert Janota. She is survived by: her husband Randy Janota; her children, Shannon Forsythe (Jeff), Serena Bahn (Brad) and Sarah Anderson (Mark); her grandchildren, Zephyr, Nolan, Emery, Beckett, Hazel and Grayden; and her siblings, Julie Bauer (Dan), Brad Leonard (Rhonda), Steve Leonard (Jodee) and Dawn Slater (David). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
