It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Nichols (Frankfort, Illinois), who passed away on January 4, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph B. Nichols; her parents, John Franzen and Ruth Franzen; and her sisters, Joan Healy, Jean LaMountain and Joyce Kopecky.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mariann Wrobel (Chet) and Sharon Flight (Patrick); her grandchildren, Lauren Tarczynski, Megan Demas, Andrew Wrobel, Cassandra Wrobel, Maximilian Wrobel, Jack Wrobel, Amanda Flight, Thomas Flight, Marikate Flight and Kaitlin Flight; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Caden, Liam, Connor, Zooey, Brooklyn and Blakely; her sister Maureen Nolan; her son Joseph Nichols (Joey); and her grandson Baby Kyle Flight.
