She was predeceased by: her mother Anna Pfeiffer; her daughter Sandra Rose; and her siblings, Irene Winick, Nancy Briggsman and Robert Norkon.

She is survived by: her husband Donald Thomas; her children, Linda Smith (Brent), Gail Salter, Laurie-Anne Wieringa (Robert) and Nancy Gibbons; her stepdaughters, Susan Carroll, Tammy Thomas (Neal Nordstrom) and Debbie Thomas; her sister Jeanne Ortez (Pascual); her grandchildren, Jonathan Eames (Amber), Amelia Salter, Maggie Salter, Robert T. Wieringa, Jennifer Ponce (Joseph), David Wieringa (Natalee), Thomas James Gibbons, III, Skyler Gibbons, Natalie Kroll (Mat) and Matthew Korland (Laura); and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Lily, Seth, Benjamin, Bailey and Beckett. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
