He was predeceased by: his parents, Gavin Bristow and Vicky Bristow (Dudley); and his sister Joyce Kraft. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Bristow (Anderson); his children, Amanda Couch, Laura Ramsay (Paul) and Gavin Bristow (Roxanne); his brother-in-law Dennis Kraft; and his granddaughters, Abigail Ramsay, Elizabeth Couch and Kayla Ramsay.
