She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James Bernat; her children, Peter Arialis (Danielle), Kristin O'Brien (Shaun) and Amy Arialis (Tyler Cornelius); her grandchildren, Avery, Ashlyn, Aria O'Brien, Maxwell and Evelyn Cornelius; and her siblings, Nancy Smith (Chuck), Tom Dvorscek (Ann), Jim Dvorscek (Linda), Jayne Dvorscek, John Dvorscek (Paula), Peggy Degrado (Tom) and Susan Medina (late Artemo).
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the donor's choice of charity in Patricia's memory would be appreciated.
