We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2022, at the age of 89, Ottavio Farnese of Frankfort, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Farnese and Margherita Farnese; and his sister Rosaria Anello. He is survived by: his wife Grace Farnese; his children, Margie Schletz (Larry) and John Farnese (Sheryl); his siblings, Tom Farnese, Frank Farnese, Margherita Vitanza and Benina DiGiorgio; and his grandchildren, Christian Schletz, Miranda Farnese and Melanie Farnese.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Lightways Hospice, 250 Waterstone Circle Joliet IL 60431 would be appreciated.
