She is survived by: her caregiver Cadet; her children, Robert (Patricia), Kathleen, James (Sheryl) and Daniel; her daughter-in-law Karen; her grandchildren, Heather Kane (Patrick), Michael (Andrea), Kate, Kelly, Melissa Sweeney, Erin Sharkey (John), Colleen O'Connell (Joe), Bradley Sweeney, Michelle, Kristen and Peter; her great grandchildren, Thomas, Samantha, Graham, Emma, Addy, Maura, Shea, John, Raegan and Jack; and her siblings, Dolores, Jack Cunnea (Sharon) of Orland Park and Sharyn Davis of New Lenox.
Due to the current COVID restrictions, a public celebration of Mary Jean's life is being planned for a later date.
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Mary Jean's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
