Smith; his children, Lainie Hippleheuser (David), Beth Ward (John) and Lonnie Smith Jr. (Caroline); and his grandchildren, Nathaniel Hippleheuser, Eric Hippleheuser, Jonathan Ward, Joshua Smith and Madelyn Ward. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423). A prayer was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (3401 W 87th St, Evergreen Park, IL 60805).
