He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard and Adeline; and his brother Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Emily (Alex), Jake and Joey; his parents-in-law, Norbert and Virginia Lewandowski; his siblings-in-law, Jim and Nancy Lewandowski; his nephews, Justin, Andrew and Ben; his niece Lily; and his siblings, Joe, Sue and Patricia.
