With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Carol Kenning of Frankfort, Illinois, who passed away on March 11, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby M. Brackins and Delmar D. Brackins; and her brother Jerry Brackins. She is survived by: her husband Steven E. Kenning; her children, Michael Perley, James Perley, Matthew Kenning and Angela Krebsbach (Kenning); her grandchildren, Natalie Quach, Kendrick Kenning, Preston Krebsbach and Conner Kenning; and her siblings, David Brackins, Michael Brackins, Diane Brackins and Linda Jennings (Brackins).
