It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Saratore of Frankfort, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 12, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Schreiner and Joseph Schreiner; her former husband Robert J. Piha; her sister Ann Schreiner Whiteman; and her husband Frank Saratore.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Lynn (Jim Topel) of Woodridge, Cathy Huffman of Naperville, Susan Piha of Oak Park, Thomas Piha (Erin) and Robert Piha (Carrie); and her grandchildren, Jessica, Jack Huffman, Sean, Brendan, Katherine Piha, Benjamin, Theodore, Elizabeth and Calvin Piha.
