She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Lewicki and Hedwig Lewicki (Peter J. Dalaly); her son David Dalaly; her son-in-law Wayne Tishka; and her grandson Brian Dalaly.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Tishka, Michael Dalaly (Susan), Kenneth Dalaly and Therese Johnson (Rick); her grandchildren, Jennifer Johnson (Joe), Christopher Tishka (Jaime), Abbey Melendez (Jake), Anne Marie Tishka, Daniel Dalaly, Anthony Dalaly (Nichole), William Dalaly, Steven Dalaly (Amy), Adam Dalaly, Allison Horst (Todd), Matthew Rusnak and Isabel Kasal; and her great grandchildren, Emily, Joseph, Zachary, Lola, Jacob, Christian, Benjamin, Finn, Luna, Sadie, Sophie, Tyler, Mia and Lucas.
