It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice C. Jansky of Frankfort, Illinois, who passed away on January 17, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janice C. Jansky to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brown and Martha Brown (Polacek); and her brother Robert Brown. She is survived by: her husband Norman Jansky; her sons, Michael Phillips Sr. (Karen), Norbert Phillips Jr. (Valerie) and Brian Phillips (Kim); her stepsons, Kenneth Jansky (Julie) and Robert Jansky (Chriss); her siblings, Ray Brown (Caroline), J. C. Brown (Audrey), Linda Brown and Howard Maag; and her grandchildren, Michael Phillips Jr. (Nicole), Scott Phillips, Payton Phillips, Reagan Phillips, Jessica Phillips, Jacob Phillips, Gianna Jansky, Andrew Jansky, Gavin Jansky and Thomas Jansky.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Brain Tumor Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
