He is survived by: his wife Kathy Macek (Carlson); his children, Marissa Rudolph (David) and Jason Macek; his brother David Macek; and his grandchildren, Ashlyn Rudolph, Caden Rudolph and Joey Macek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
