He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Troutman (Anderson); his sons, Brent Troutman (Jennifer) of Orland Park and Bruce Troutman (Kristin) of Flossmoor; his sister Bette Temper of Joliet; and his grandsons, Ryan Troutman and Benjamin Troutman of Flossmoor.
