He is survived by: his wife Joan Przybyla (Bosko); his children, Jean Moy, Patricia O'Shaughnessy (Tim) and Ken Przybyla (Izabela); and his grandchildren, Megan, Becca, Lauren, Jackie, Brandon, Rachael, Weronika and Ryan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
