He was predeceased by: his brother Erwin Pieczynski (Mary); his parents, Edward Pieczynski and Anna Pieczynski; and his sister Mary Ruthilia Kobitta. He is survived by: his wife Diane Pieczynski; his children, Dennis Edward Pieczynski, Denise Marie Pieczynski (Larry Bender) and Edith Ann Lutz (Timothy Gerard); his grandchildren, Kyle Edward Pieczynski, Captain Steven Dennis Pieczynski, Lieutenant Timothy John Lutz and Kirsten Marie Lutz; and his siblings, Evelyn Wojtan (late Henry), Joan Sobie (Zigmund) and James Pieczynski (Mary Ann). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Saint Jude's Children's Hospital in Edward's name would be appreciated.
