He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Jazwinski (Kizewski) and Alojzy "Alex" Jazwinski; and his brothers, Joseph, Stanley, John, Richard, Raymond and Leonard.
He is survived by: his wife Monica Jazwinski (Fitzpatrick); his son James Jazwinski (Jennifer); his sister Marion Young; and his sister-in-law Joan Jazwinski. He is also survived by his 5 nieces, 2 nephews and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
