She is survived by: her husband Willard; her son Michael (Julia); her granddaughters, Rachel Cook (Kullen), Becca and Hannah Hurley; and her siblings, Harold Mullins (Sharon), Billy Mullins, Anna Hughes (Elisha) and Bobby Mullins (Betty). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
