He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edwin and Gladys Chase. He is survived by: his wife Linnea Chase (Carlson); his children, George Everett Chase, Elizabeth Caccamo (Frank) and Carl Chase (Bernadette); and his siblings, Wayne Chase (Cynthia), Steve Chase (Linda) and Lyla Fogal (Rick).
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic Memorial Services are being planned for a later date.
