He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Haley and Mary Lee Haley (Ferrell); his wife Elma G. Rinehart; and his son James Roy Haley. He is survived by: his daughter Jeanne Trenkle (Timothy); his grandsons, Ryan Snow-Trenkle (Elizabeth) and Scott Trenkle (Tara); and his great grandchildren, Audrey Anne Trenkle, Noah Patrick Trenkle, Benedict James Trenkle and Dominic Timothy Trenkle.
