He is survived by: his parents, John Gier and Lynn Gier; his wife Rita; his sons, Jeffery, Nicholas Gier, Dustin, Derrick, Dillon Pousson and Deon Lopez; his grandson Lincoln Pousson; and his mother-in-law Dominga Saldivar (late Inocencio).
