It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kristen Jo Kory (Fox Lake, Illinois), who passed away on April 17, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kory and Delores Kory; her grandmothers, Keeghan, Olivia, Cael, Logan and Brooklyn; her husband Tim of Patrick's Catholic Church; and her grandson Keeghan McCormack.
She is survived by: her children, Kory Eernisse (Joseph) and Brendon; her grandchildren, Olivia, Cael, Logan and Brooklyn; and her sister Dianne Kory. She is also survived by other relatives, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hamsher Lakeside Funerals and Cremations (12 N Pistakee Lake Rd, Fox Lake, IL 60020). A prayer will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (2302 W Church St, Johnsburg, IL 60051). A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Cemetery (2302 W Church St, Johnsburg, IL 60051).
