She is survived by: her parents, Lee Bettis and Carol Bettis; her daughters, Kaitlyn and Taylor O'Keefe; her brothers, Kevin (Susan) and John Bettis (Lisa); her former husband John O'Keefe; and her close friend Dan Cooper. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
