As we bid adieu to Helena's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Helena has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frederick Glaum and Wilhelmina Glaum (Huth); her husband LeRoy John Zuchowski; her children, Susan DeYoung (Brian), Dale Zuchowski (Wilcy) and Roger Zuchowski (Debbie); and her siblings, Joyce and Larry.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ringa Funeral Home (122 S Milwaukee Ave, Lake Villa, IL 60046). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Highland Memorial Park Cemetery (33100 N Hunt Club Rd, Gurnee, IL 60048).
In lieu of flowers, Helen has requested memorial donations be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
