He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mullenhoff and Rosemary Mullenhoff; and his brothers, Billy Mullenhoff (Toni), Raymond Mullenhoff (Jo Jo) and Alfred Mullenhoff (Pat).
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Anthony and Danielle Mullenhoff; his grandson Jesse Carran, Jr.; his sisters, Bonnie Ackerman and Lisa Sibr (late Larry); his parents-in-law, Carol and Mike Travaglio; and his brother-in-law Dean Travaglio (late Maryann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in David's name may be made to his family—"ya know.".
