He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryant T. Gale and Margaret Gale. He is survived by: his wife Frances M Gale; his children, David Gale Jr., Phillip Gale and Barbara Gale; his grandchildren, Lily Gale, Nicolas Gale, Autumn Ebner and Allison Ebner; his sister Mary D Gale (Richard Davisson); and his sister-in-law Pamela Waterman Gale. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
