She was predeceased by: her spouse John; her child John Jr.; and her sibling Bill Barth. She is survived by: her children, Jim (Barb), Russ (late Dian), Debbie, George, Dave (Heather) and Mary Lou Leidecker (Hank); and her sibling Nancy Forgue.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Bede School in her memory.
