She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Smith and Theodocia Smith (Morris); her husband Albert R. Foltz, Jr.; her son Archie Foltz; and her siblings, Joseph, Lee, Virgil Smith, Rosemary Dicken, Juanita Vance, Norma Meranda, Freda Ward and Betty Walke.
She is survived by: her daughters, Charlotte Wright (Norman) and Connie Owen (Mack); and her sister Mamie Meyer. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
