We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2022, at the age of 53, Jay Wellman of Fowler, Illinois, born in Quincy, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Joy Wellman. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Wellman and Sharon Bockenfeld Wellman of Quincy; his daughter Abigail Hildebrand of Fowler; and his siblings, John Wellman (Linda) of Quincy, Jodee Wellman-Hollensteiner (Steve) of Quincy and Jeanette Wellman of Quincy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Memorials are suggested to St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery or to the family for assistance with final expenses.
