Arlene B. Goehl Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arlene B. Goehl of Fowler, Illinois, who passed away on April 3, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Westhaus and Freda Westhaus (Maas); her husband Lloyd Goehl; her son Mark Goehl; and her siblings, Joan Vonderheide and Ronald Westhaus.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barb Woodyard (Danny), Pam Pillars (Mike) and Amy Goehl; her grandchildren, Brandy Kasparie (Kevin), Chuck Woodyard (Nici), Danielle Buss (Austin), Chad Pillars (Jennifer), Brandon Pillars (Leann) and Lexi Goehl; her great grandchildren, Allison, Annika Kasparie, Haley, Logan, Colin, Charlotte, Lincoln Woodyard, Noah, Ella, Jordan Buss, Shane Pillars, Brayden, Morgan Pillars and Oaklynn Dolbeare; and her brother Jerry Westhaus (Cheryl). She is also survived by BROTHER-IN-LAW: Roy Vonderheide Numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Mark Lloyd Goehl Scholarship at John Wood Community College or to the Blessing Foundation for Hospice.
