He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bernard and Elyda Morgan (Shannon); and his brother Charles Sexton. He is survived by: his wife Mary Wilson of Forsyth; his children, William "Bill" Morgan II of Forsyth and Denise Morgan; and his grandsons, Brandon Morgan and Nicolas Morgan-Sivongsay.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home (2091 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL 62526). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. An entombment was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at the Graceland Cemetery (2091 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL 62526).
