It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Crutcher (Forsyth, Illinois), who passed away on October 25, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Crutcher and Bertha Crutcher (Elliott); and her siblings, Elwood Crutcher, Frank Crutcher, Jr., Donald Crutcher and Margaret Kuntz.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Donna Beasley (Terry), Debra Smith (Steve), Donald Campbell and Jerry Crutcher; her great-nephew Wade Beasley; and her great-niece Alycia Dougherty.
