She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard F. Kemme and Catherine Kemme (Niendick); her husband Everett Bailey Jr.; her brother Paul Kemme; her aunts, Agnes Seitz and Anna Westendorf; and her uncle Tony Niendick.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Kay McCoy of Sullivan, IL and Betty Grant of Fort Myers, FL; and her cousins, Richard and Donna Feldhake of Effingham.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sacred Heart Church Renew and Rejoice Campaign or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
