It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven L. Greenfield of Forreston, Illinois, born in Freeport, Illinois, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth O. Greenfield and Wilma J. Greenfield (Duncan); his son Steven; his parents-in-law, Russell and Norma Bawinkel; his sister Gail Wert; and his siblings-in-law, Jeannie Greenfield, Alan Bawinkel and Bonnie Bawinkel.

He is survived by: his wife Pamela Bawinkel of Forreston; his children, Jeffrey Greenfield (Erin) of German Valley, Daryl Greenfield (Erika) of Forreston and Tammy Madura (Matthew) of College Grove, TN.; his grandchildren, Ethan, Dylan, Owen, Jenna, Darin Greenfield, Mia and Harper Madura; his brothers, Lyle Greenfield, Mike Greenfield (Jan) and Dennis Greenfield; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Bawinkel (Leigh) and Larry Wert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established in his name.
