He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Knodle; his sons, Jeff Ludwig (Patti) of Byron, Dave Ludwig (Sue) of Forreston and Ted Ludwig of Webster, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Ryan Ludwig (Mandy), Rob Ludwig (Lindsay), Caitlin Pusateri (Adam), Nick Ludwig (Tara), Elizabeth Ludwig, Kristy Nokes (Matt) and Nikki Darst (Kyle); and his great grandchildren, Aryanna Martel, Elle Ludwig, Emery Ludwig, Presley Ludwig, Marin Pusateri and Remmer Ludwig.
