He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil J. Green and Elnora A. Green (Kness); his sister Connie Kaiser; and his siblings-in-law, Reta Green, Phyllis Berthel, Lois McClimon, Gerald Hoffman, John Berthel, Gerald Berthel, Jack Tillis, Lawrence Powell and Rae McClimon.
He is survived by: his former wife Jane Carroll; his spouse Shirley Hoffmann Schurbon; his children, Sherry Worley (Bob), Susan Slater (Tom), Renee Ludwig (Jon), Scott Green (Lana), Eugene Green (Kathy), Robert Green (Angie), William Green, Steven Green (Kathy), Ronald Green (Laura), Kevin Green (Sonia) and Patrick Green; his siblings, Jerry Green, Dennis Green (Mary) and Carol Cross (Dell); and his siblings-in-law, David Kaiser, Joe Hoffmann (Doris), Verna Powell, LaVonne Tillis, Janis Burken (Jerry) and Connie Kuberski (Julius). He is also survived by 35 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; eleven great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for the Forreston Lions Club Summer Ball Program and the Forreston New Life Center Food Pantry in Kenneth's memory.
