He is survived by: his wife Sherry Green; his sons, Jeremiah, Jacob Green and James Green of Forreston, IL.; his mother Shirley Bower; his stepparents, Larry Bower of Monroe, WI. and Ann Green of Orangeville, IL; his siblings, Shelly Fiene (Mark) of Rock City, IL, Tammy Keister (Dave) of Dover, TN. and Tim Green (Kim) of Orangeville, IL; and his aunt Shirley Rushton (Hugh) of Clarksville, TN.
