He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Frank and Ethelyn Frank (Schoonhoven); and his siblings, Ruth Ann Kochsmier, Daniel Kochsmier and Gary Philhower.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Frank of Forreston; his children, Christine Withington and Jeffrey Frank (Kim); his grandchildren, Kiley, Brady (Erica) and Bailey (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Luna and Hayden; and his brother Chuck Kochsmier (Margie) of Forreston.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Faith Lutheran Church or Forreston School Athletics.
